To use arc, you must:

Free Tier

arc offers a free tier with basic features. Free tier users can access core budgeting functionality with their own Actual Budget server.

Paid Subscriptions

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

arc, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Quantini OÜ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Service may include open-source components (such as Actual Budget) which are subject to their respective licenses.

You retain ownership of any data you input into arc. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTINI OÜ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantini OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
